Insight on Validation

I

This week I had the most fascinating experience while on vacation with my family.

First a bit of context. I’m in the middle of a LinkedIn experiment where I’m attempting to post 100 times in 100 days. May 25th marked my halfway point. It is not easy, and I have slipped into asking myself questions that are not particularly useful mid-experiment.

Strategy Without the Jargon

S

You finished the third quarter goals and started working on your org strategy with your leadership team. This strategy will help you make progress and achieve your goals for the next fiscal year.

Progress Requires Asking Questions

P

A quick thought today – a pattern I have seen from observing my role models and mentors. Nothing worth learning and discovering has come without their first being a question.

Progress requires asking questions.

How are you at asking questions?

If you have tips for staying hungry, curious, and having a questioning mindset please share them with me and I can update this post.
