Insight generation is the catalyst for the flywheel and the greatest way to generate insight is to teach. Teaching solidifies learning, makes it real, and when you really teach and do it well you will learn more things that will deepen your insights and subsequent actions.
If you want to learn something, teach it.
Pick a topic today that you want to learn (the smaller the better to start with) and decide who you will teach that to in the next four weeks. Put it on the calendar and prepare. As you prepare and teach you will learn far more than you would through books or videos alone.
